First, I would like to announce that on April 14, 2009, the Federal government awarded to me United States Registration No. 3,601,889 for the trademark Boston Electrolysis®.  This Federal registration constitutes prima facie evidence of the validity of the trademark and its registration, and of my (the trademark owner’s) exclusive nationwide right to use the mark in commerce in connection with providing hair removal services.  The registration also constitutes notice to all parties that the trademark Boston Electrolysis® is the exclusive property of me, Kimberly Williams R.E., Dean.

In addition I own Boston Electrolysis® & Boston School of Electrolysis™ known www.Bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and last but not least Boston- Electrology™ known as www.boston-electrology.com. Like all other businesses I use standard professional business practices and ethics. The domains www.Bostonelectrolysis.com, www.Bostonelectrolysis.net, www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and www.boston-electrology.com are owned and legally registered to Kimberly Williams, R.E. Boston Electrolysis® Inc. has selective requirements like all other corporations that conduct business on and off the Internet. Your identification and credit history are important and I regret that we have this policy however because of abusive Trademark Infringement, bandwidth theft, identity theft, non-payment of advertising bills we have a need to know your general overall business rating and reputation. This policy has been established because of abuse from dishonest Laser Parlor Websites and Operators who hire hackers, spammers, website scrapers, domain squatters, and other dishonest people known as the criminal element. Normally I like to link to sites however people who ignore our requests 99% of the time abuse the privilege. Additionally many of them of less than able services and sell scam ridden equipment and dangerous quack treatments that are a threat and danger to the public in addition they victimize women and men with unwanted hair problems. 

Terms of usage; most reputable corporations require your business portfolio as standard operating procedure and any business, corporation or individual person, persons or parties seeking to establish a link or assigned usage of domain registration to or with Boston Electrolysis Inc®, are required to send a written request for permission and application by email to Fivestar@bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com.
