Ms. Williams felt that they had "pagejacked" materials from her website because her company name appeared in an RSS feed on about-hair-removal.com. I sent an email with all the information I have on about-hair-removal.com to Ms. Williams that day. I also sent instructions on how to report them to Google and other search sites for spamdexing. On 30 November 2004, Ms. Williams called claiming she never got the emails, so I fowarded them to a second address while she was on the phone. She apparently thought because my name was on the email, that I was connected with these guys somehow and and accused me of BEING the people she was complaining about. I tried to explain, but she kept getting more and more agitated, paranoid, and belligerent, so I hung up. I tried to send this to help explain, but it was too late by then. Kimberly: You continue to be confused, and your anger seems to be making you more confused. I have no connection whatsoever with “Mike Jones,” “David James,” or about-hair-removal.com. In fact, I have been warning consumers for years about those people and that site.
