On November,11th, 2004 I received multiple emails from Andrea James email account, andrea @hairfacts.com and by her own hand in her own words she has committed multiple acts of perjury and fraud. Read, in Andrea James own words where she is caught tripping over her lying wagging tongue where she claims she does not know the infamous Pageajcker and in her very own words “Scam Artist, the man from Kalo Hair Growth Inhibitor, David James AKA Mike Jones of about-hair-removal.com who has finally been caught and identified and whose real name is Mike Belitz of El Segundo, California. David James AKA Mike Jones who is really Mike Belitz created the unsavory fictitious internet personality, Mike Jones AKA "The Englishmen" who use to this day a put on an English accent to deceive purchasers of Kalo Hair Growth Inhibitor of his whereabouts and because of legal issues as the owner of www.about-hair-removal.com. For many years David James AKA Mike Jones who is the exposed Mike Belitz a shadowy man from the "Internet Underworld" used a rather trite but convincing English accent to be Mike Jones of www.about-hair-removal.com and what his relationship with his known associate and girlfriend Andrea James should be avoided by all consumers.

Throughout my professional career as licensed and registered electrologist without one doubt I would never have imagined the diversity of people I would encounter in my life.



Starting about almost a year ago my website was pagejacked by the notorious and infamous mean spirited Mike Jones AKA David James of Kalo Hair Growth Inhibitor of about-hair-removal.com. He plagued my website bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com by Pagejacking, Domains Jacking and copyright infringement and other violations.



My website Boston school of electrolysis was being pagejacked so hard and costing me so may hits I wrote Andrea James of tsroadmap.com who had some information about Mike Jones and she called him a scam artist at one time. Well, she is supposed to be a consumer advocate and I thought she would help me. Well I thought wrong and I am sorry that I have to write this final article about her with evidence that cannot be denied or disputed. This evidence is in PDF/file format and cannot be altered however if any legitimate third party independent computer testing agency would like to confirm their authenticity I will make them available for testing.



On 11/30/04 I received a return email from Andréa James concerning How Mike Jones and David James of Kalo Hair Growth Inhibitor was Pagejacking my website www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com.

After that letter I received a communication on 11/30/04 that must have been sent in error by Andrea James in addition I had over looked these files. Andrea James confirmed to me that Mike Jones use to be David James? I was curious to say the least however below is a copy of an email from Andrea James sent to myself Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean, of Boston school of Electrolyis™ justice@extremezone.com. From the email Andrea James sent me it seems her and Mike Jones where friends to say the least and on 12/17/02 Andrea James sent Mike Jones an email addressed to mikejones @vitalstop.com please feel free to read. In addition if you read further you shall learn Andrea James received an email from Mike Jones making a quite few lengthy detailed requests.







From others I have spoken to they all say, "Andrea James should be classified, as "Internet Vermin" and she along with her lying websites should be fumigated because she emits a foul stench of lies, deceit and thievery."



Fact, Andrea James takes pleasure in causing harm to honest hard working folk on the "Net" and to this very moment Andrea James has no shame and still Pagejacks my website with a link to one her sites. Nevertheless, Andrea James always forgets to include the truth? Fact, Andrea James never includes all of the content because she has been caught in lies before nonetheless this is her first time where she has been cornered by all of her victims. Without one doubt she has forgotten to include her incriminating emails to her multiple personality boyfriend known as David James AKA Mike Jones and now the identified Mike Belitz of about-hair-removal.com. Andrea James is a whimpering bully who has be caught in cesspool of her own lies and so far she has not learned that if she wants to get out of the cesspool of her own making she has to stop her evil ways and become a human being. Using Andrea James favorite keyword Andrea James is "Clueless" because she fails to respects the rights and property of all people on and off of the "Net". Fact, it is obvious that the only way Andrea James learns her lessons is the hard way and seems evident that she is going down with the ship to spite herself.



Please look and read read below and see how Andrea James still continues to this very day of 3/31/05 Pagejacks (steals) from my website because she has no education or credentials. So Andrea James illegally uses my professional name and reputation to Pagejack hits from my website because she lacks self-esteem and decency and is ashamed of her name.

On November 30th I received an insulting email Andrea James telling me I am clueless. Tsk, tsk, tsk Andrea when will you talk like a lady. Oh, by the way Andrea always claims she does not know Mike Jones or his where abouts. Andrea also she would have nothing to with Internet Scum like Mike Jones AKA David James. Also Andrea states I’m confused and she would not expect an apology from someone as clueless as I am. However Andrea James withheld Mike Jones real name of Mike Belitz while he was stealing hits from and she claims she cannot understand why I am angry? Andrea James and Mike Jones AKA David James known as Mike Belitz was ripping off electrologists on the Internet by Pagejacking and other schemes!








On 11/30/04 3:58 PM, I found another misplaced rather hostile forwarded email and quite nasty email from Andrea James where again she swears up and down she does not know and has never met Mike Jones AKA David James in any form or manner. Instead of addressing my question she told me how wonderful she is and reaffirmed that she has nothing whatsoever to do with Mike Jones!







Now you the reader and consumer and the consumer are probably wondering what the hell is going on here? I was also wondering what the hell kind of mess is this?



Nevertheless I was bombarded with so many emails from Andrea James its obvious she was covering up something and she knew I was close. For almost a year now I have taken more abuse from Andrea James and Mike Jones AKA David James and finally Mike Belitz. She has gone out of her way to lie herself out of this jam but in the beginning she tripped over own tongue and lies. In my very last email to her I asked all I want you to do is stop stealing my property. Andrea the first email I sent stating,

I was quite angry and told him I would hunt him down no matter how long it I takes me and he would be sorry he had treated me like this.



It is really frustrating to have some steal from you and at the same time laugh at you with a phony baloney English accent.



I wonder did Mike Jones take voice lessons on deepstealth.com website. Well that did not stop him from stealing from me he just changed his mode of operation. Nonetheless thieves and liars like Mike Jones AKA David James aroused my curiosity and at the same time I wondered I had not linked Andrea James with Mike Jones AKA David James and finally Mike Belitz of sonicsales.com. However, I cannot get over how friendly and chummy he and Andrea are? Although all criminals have one major flaw they think they are perfect and they will never get caught?



Another amazing thing is there is not one current picture of Mike Jones AKA David James and finally exposed Mike Belitz. Well I started the frustrating search again looking for Mike Jones and I kept on saying to myself he is close by and it’s just a matter of time.



Well I did this search on Whois for the tenth time and I found this updated file that was different than any other file because instead of Mike Jones address being in London England it was now in El Segundo, California to. Please read below.










My next step was to call the City Clerk of business registration in El Segundo. I was informed that there was no Mike Jones at that address but there was a Mike Belitz. What a mystery this was and it still amazes me that someone would go though so much skullduggery to create three alias's and use them to this very day. Fact there must be some kind of scam going on for someone to have three different identities. However the big unanswered question is what does Andrea James have to do with David James AKA Mike Jones and finally Mike Belitz? However my evidence proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Andrea James is pathological liar and this time I caught her in the act of lying with her own emails by her own hand and to this very day she continues to libel and slander myself with one lie on top of another. What is really amazing is all I have asked her to do is stop harassing, libeling and slandering me and stop stealing (pagejacking my website) and I would not make any of this evidence public.



Well now I knew David James who had become Mike Jones has always been Mike Belitz and the city clerk of business registration El Segundo was nice enough to give me his real address and phone number.



So I sent David James AKA Mike Jones who is with one doubt is Mike Belitz and the name of his company is Sonic Sales and his website address is sonicsales.com.



Well I called his office located at 615 N. Nash Street #206B El Segundo California 90245 which had moved from the address above. His main incoming phone line is 310-322-3333 and his Fax Line is 310-322-3344. The receptionist put me through to his extension as soon as I said my name he hung up. Funny he was not using his Lord Ha, Ha English accent. I called him three times more and left messages and still the yellow belly two bit bottom feeding coward is to afraid to answer the phone and say I am sorry and I will not do it again. My, my, my, he¹s in denial exactly like his girlfriend Andrea James and what amazes me their websites look like they where created by the same person however who could that be?



In addition, Mike Belitz uses multiple addresses for his business so people will not be able to find him however I did find this address, Sonic Sales PO BOX 70-468, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.



Oh yes, Mr. Belitz AKA Mike Jones AKA David James is a real slippery character. However he has two home phone numbers listed to (310) 540-9564 fax: (310) 540-9284 but there is good chance they are still connected. Also there another Mike Belitz listed in Torrance California and its seems that Sonic Sales is just another mail box. These multiple identities are just like a Nazi war criminal in hiding would use to avoid being caught by the long arm of the law.



Please read below for it seems David James AKA Mike Jones and finally Mike Belitz had a few other companies that went out of business? However I keep asking myself what is the link between David James AKA Mike Jones and finally Mike Belitz and Andrea James? Additionally why did Andrea James go to such great lengths to tell me she had nothing do with Mike Jones and than after you read their emails back and forth from each other they are quite cordial or should I say best friends or even very close?







However if there any process servers out there looking for David James AKA Mike Jones and finally the real Mr. Belitz if you go to this below you find there or at his office address above if he has not moved again.



If David James AKA Mike Jones AKA who really is Mike Belitz ever has ripped you off forget that Mike Belitz cannot change his real name and Identification unless he has a sex change operation or already has had one. Dear, Mr. Attorney General Goddard,

For a small business like myself the Internet is economical new way to do business however on the other hand it can be quite frustrating because of the criminal element in our society who takes advantage of honest hard working people. In regards to healthy competition I am great believer in the free market system on the other hand the criminals who own websites and other scams have found it to be a virtual paradise because they complicate, delay and obstruct the enforcement of our laws while inferring with free trade and commerce. Mr. Goddard on the “Net” it is often impossible to enforce the law because you do not know where to turn for help. However the above mentioned Andrea James who has been stalking myself and my website for over a year now. In addition to the best of my Andrea James she do not possess an authentic legal address, landline telephone, fax machine and when you do find her they refuse to communicate in all forms and manners and than they change phone number and address again. This cyber stalker is sick individual who slanderous blatant pagejacking and identity theft of my name Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean, fraud and copyright theft has increased to intolerable levels because hosting companies make it known they welcome criminals while others who claim to be honest establishments wink at crime for the sake of their bottom line.

Mr. Goddard on the “Net” it is often impossible to enforce the law because you do not know where to begin however Andrea James uses every dirty trick in the book. In addition I have sent emails asking her to please stop stalking myself using my business intellectual property. She responded by using slanderous fictitious lies accusing me of being paranoid and unstable and sabotaging my business with the theft of my own intellectual property including my name, Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean, my business names Boston School Of Electrolysis that is registered here in Arizona and Boston Electrolysis my private practice. To this day she illegally uses my domains Bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and bostonelectrolysis.com business to slander myself but continues to use them to get more hits for her website. I tried her calling her and the one time I spoke to her she said, F&** and hung up the phone. Mr. Goddard it is really frustrating to ask someone to stop stealing your own property and she took my angry emails and altered the text and content and than publishes them on her websites tsroadmap.com, hairfacts.com and her forum hairtell.com where she ads comments and portrays me as being paranoid and unstable. Furthermore she altered the text an added my business information in way that would be indexed all over the Internet. Mr. Goddard I fell into the trap and I had idea what she was planning and planning to publish those emails that where sent to her in private. In fact Andrea claims on her she promises to protect your privacy and states, “All correspondence becomes the property of tsroadmap.com. Your privacy is my utmost concern. Your identifying information and email address will not be shared with anyone for any purpose. If correspondence is incorporated into materials on the site, all identifying information will be removed, and I will make every effort to work with you to ensure your privacy.” On her other website hairtell.com forum she promised to protect you privacy and clearly states, “* All postings property of Deep Stealth Productions, Inc., with limitations as described hereafter. Posting on this board gives implied consent to this effect. Names, photos, personally identifiable information, and member identities will never be used without permission except as indicated above in cooperation with legal authorities, but helpful information may be compiled into informational resources for the community and later distributed stripped of personally identifiable information through Deep Stealth Productions, Inc. However she posted my emails to her forum hairtell.com those email where never meant to publish in any form or manner period. Fact she has violated my privacy and made it look that I signed on to her forum and posted those emails and for the record and under the penalties of perjury I never did so. I reiterate my emails where sent to her in privacy that she guarantees in writing however they where in proper English.

Mr. Goddard in the real world and on our city streets and blocks we have gangs however on the Internet search engines and pages we also have criminal Internet “Page Gangs’ who work together to illegally dominate search page results. It is frustrating to work hard to write, build and design a good website only to constantly fight criminals who work together and feed of your website however Andrea James is beyond understanding and in my who life I never a encountered a person whose whole sole goal my livelihood. Fact I have never met her and I have not done business her and its apparent that my request to her please stealing and to remove my link to her site set her off on malicious hate campaign to destroy my business. Andrea James owns three websites with the following hairfacts.com, tsroadmap.com and hairtell.com, andreajames.com where she is constantly interfering with my business and blocking my commerce and my right to free trade with slander lies and my stolen trademarked intellectual property.

What started of with my linking to her website and than discovering that she was illegally using my name Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean plus former and present address and my business name Boston School Of Electrolysis which is on line educational website which also is identical to my domain bostonelectrolysis.com to steal hits website at my expense. When I found she was doing this I was most upset that she did so and requested that my website and information about my website bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and my link to her website be severed and removed immediately.

Further how do communicate when she is the publisher on her website when she insults you by calling you a dumb f88k in addition you are too stupid to make an apology to her. Mr. Goddard from there on I knew it would only get worse.

From there I tried calling her and the one she spoke she used vulgar language you don’t know what the F88k your talking about and hung up. I tried one last time and sent her emails requesting that my information be removed and she refused. In addition she took those emails and altered the text with computer text encoding so that further the theft of intellectual property. For a period over one year she is deliberately using and stealing my identity and escalating every that she gets. When I post a new articles page jacks the text in addition I recently relocated my office she put nee address down to further index my website. She use my name and Internet domain and steal my identity to look like my listings and than the user thinks their going my website they are redirected to her website where she lists my local competitors right in Arizona. She is using own name every day in some new or form to ruin reputation.

Now on Google and Yahoo she deliberately finding way new way to fool the consumer that I am approving and sending people to my own competitors so when consumer see what they think is my listing and click on they are illegal redirected to other Arizona competitors Arizona on her websites hairtell.com, hairfacts.com and tsraodmap.com. Mr. Goddard I relocated Arizona in 1981 in addition I am a licensed and registered electrologists for 29 years without complaint on my professional license and career.

However I feel she has stepped over the line and in your jurisdiction by using my name Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean, my business Boston Electrolysis and Boston School Of Electrolysis and my domains bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and bostonelectrolysis.com to illegally redirect my patents and potential clients to my competitors right her in Arizona. So what happens is when you open a listing that looks like mine see attached copies that consumers are illegally redirected to my competitors by using my name as if I recommended them. Because I asked her to stop stealing my property she has published that I am paranoid and mentally unstable.

Mr. Goddard for over a year now I worked with in the system and channeled to Internet search engines as Yahoo and Google, her former hosting company Labridge.com which removed her hosting services and forced to move her websites to vertexhost.com who lets break any law she sees fit. After exhausting all proper channels just to remove my property has only emboldened her where she finds new sources to attack myself. For almost year I have received threatening blocked non-traceable phone calls warning me to be careful other times I received blocked non-traceable calls where caller in muffled voice says with the right donation your Internet problems will go away.

Some people believe and say the Internet law is complicated that’s not true, it’s the way the evidence has to be presented plus most people are afraid to make a complaint. Most important of all it is not my goal to inflict harm or pain because of some squabble I would just like to work in peace without being stalked, harassed and having my identity stolen on Google on a daily basis by a woman who goes by the name of Andrea James. Fact she owns five websites with the following hairfacts.com, tsroadmap.com and hairtell.com, andreajames.com and deepstealth.com and she is constantly interfering with my business and blocking my commerce and my right to free trade.

Mr. Goddard its one thing to have a disagreement with someone however my problem started when I asked this woman whose is name Andrea James to please cease and desist Pagejacking and stop using my own name Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean my business name Boston School Of Electrolysis which is also my domain www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com in addition she even uses my phone number. Dr. Schmidt today thieves are so bold and brazen that when you catch them in the act they will often attack you and your website and interfere with the daily operation of your business. Regarding Andrea James I sent emails to her politely asking her to stop where she turned around and altered the text to make me look bad.

Mr. Goddard most consumers are unaware and do not sense that there is a danger and major battle on the “Net” for "E-Turf" on the electrolysis and the hair removal search pages.

Regarding my chosen profession I have discovered there are quite a few predatory websites who think it is their divine God given right to seize and stake out the electrolysis and hair removal pages as their sole domain for their exploitative profit of our “Consumer Society.” For the record it is my professional opinion I have discovered consumers are being manipulated by self anointed and appointed self righteous unethical fake Consumer Hair Removal Advocates who receive kickbacks for referrals from ethically challenged dishonest laser parlor operators and electrologists. This is a clear and present danger to the consumer and one must be careful and cautious because I think the odds of the consumer being ripped rip off first time out is about 75%.

Mr. Goddard it’s new year and you would think with all the information on the “Net” about hair removal the consumer who is seeking the best way to permanently to remove their hair problem have never had so many choices.

This is horrible and unacceptable because consumer have to circumnavigate a myriad of scam artists, non-licensed certified electrologists before you find a competent licensed and registered electrologist who cares. Without one doubt these Fake Consumer Hair Removal Advocate will do anything for a buck and that includes referring consumers to waxers, pluckers, and snake-oil salesman, non-licensed TG Recommended Electrologists and last but not least the supreme rip off temporary hair removal “The Laser Parlor Operator.” The most dangerous identifying aspect about Andrea James is her claim that she is Fake Consumer Hair Removal Advocate who pretends and claim to be a legitimate Consumer Hair Removal Advocates.


Mr. Goddard I have tried every thing to get her to leave me alone and own my website I have an online newspaper call The Five Electrologist. In addition in the very beginning this situation to most people would appear to be a disagreement between two women. Mr. Goddard I wrote articles on my website to defend myself while exposing her theft of my property however as this has evolved I discovered she is criminal operation in high gear. In these articles I showed how she steals from myself to the very present. Mr. Goddard I have stated in these articles if you remove my intellectual property from your website I will remove all my articles that she is involved in quite few what appeared to be a disagreement between two women is she involved in some shady and illegal criminal ventures in which she claims to be a “Consumer Hair Removal Advocate” however it’s apparent I am not her first victim however I am the first to defend myself.

Fact she seeks solicits for donations for all three websites in addition to that I discovered a wish list on Amazon.com where she asks people to buy DVD players, Cam Recorders and other electronics toys. She does not have a listed landline telephone plus a listing the business directory in the in town, city and state where she is located. The BBB On Line does not have her listed as a legitimate Consumer Hair Removal Advocate with a Federal Tax Exempt ID Number. For the record and your information up to 90% of individuals who claim to be a “TG Recommended Electrologist” are not licensed or registered. Fact and for the record I asked had my name removed from her TG Recommended Electrologists directory because they so crooked I was asked for a kick back for a supposed referral. She stated she knows everything that happens or her sites and the electrologists and laser parlor operators gives her a donation. When I refused thats when she started her viscous slander campaign against myself.

Mr. Goddard my practice is operated on traditional American values of fair play and professionalism is my trademark my website bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com is one the few quality websites that list my professional qualifications while informing the consumer with truthful information. However I would appreciate your help in bringing this criminal to justice.
