For the record it has come to my attention since November 7, 2004 to the present day Boston School of Electrolysis™ and Boston Electrolysis™ Private Practice have been targeted by Mr. Kemp Coady who uses my name and professional reputation to get on the top ten of the search pages by illegally using my identity, copyrights, trademarks, domains and business names Boston School of Electrolysis™ and Boston Electrolysis™ Private Practice. As usual I have sent Mr. Kemp Coady of Sona Laser Parlors of Burlington Massachusetts numerous requests to stop Pagejacking and illegally using my copyrighted, trademarked, domain and business name Boston School of Electrolysis™ and Boston Electrolysis™ Private Practice, which are copyrighted, trademarked and registered business names owned by myself.

Sona Laser Parlor of Burlington, Massachusetts proves everything I have written about the laser Parlors is true.
In spite of this, Mr. Coady of Sona Laser Parlor sets an example of outright brazen thievery by his illegal use of Boston Electrolysis™ Boston Electrolysis™ Private Practice. His retaliation against myself is because I made a complaint to the FDA, FTC and the BBB in Natick Massachusetts, for false deceptive and illegal advertising. What makes him so angry is not only did I catch him stealing my business name in addition I caught him red-handed violating FDA statutes and laws falsely claiming that that laser hair removal is both permanent and painless.
Below is the actual FDA ruling of 1998:
HAIR REMOVAL
Manufacturers should be aware that receiving an FDA clearance for general permission to market their devices does not permit them to advertise the lasers for either hair removal or wrinkle treatment, even though hair removal or wrinkle treatment may be a by-product of any cleared laser procedure. Further, manufacturers may not claim that laser hair removal is either painless or permanent unless the FDA determines that there are sufficient data to demonstrate such results.
Fact, the FDA has ruled that Laser manufacturers and Laser Parlors cannot advertise nor claim "permanent or painless hair removal period".
On the other hand that does not bother Mr. Coady and most other Laser Parlors who see fit to break the law whenever business is a little slow. In addition the little judicial slaps they receive on their wrists will not stop their criminal careers. Nonetheless being exposed on Spotlight On Slime© is another story. This is the heart of my argument, that Laser Parlors can only make a profit and stay in business at the expense of the public’s health and welfare. In addition, the Laser Parlor Industry is built upon a teetering foundation of deceptive advertising and larcenous lies that target and victimize all honest hardworking licensed and registered electrologists consumer base.
Why do the Laser Parlors viscously attack the licensed and registered electrologist?
Because nine out of ten Laser Parlors are owned and operated by failures who never took the time to become educated. These parasites cannot compete in the real business world so they look for what they think is an easy mark and they attack a woman owned profession and its businesses. How easy can it be for Mr. Coady? All he had to do is take a weekend wonder factory rep course or did he opt for the deluxe forty-hour weeklong course and than he became a Certified Laser Parlor Operator©.
Laser Parlors like Mr. Kemp Coady of Sona laser of Burlington Massachusetts routinely disgrace and violate traditional American values of honesty, integrity and fair play in business.
Mr. Coady partner in his "Internet Escapades" of Domain Theft, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Violations and mimicking Boston School Of Electrolysis and Boston Electrolysis Private Practice uses Unreal Marketing in my opinion a company that will do anything Mr. Coady desires. Well leave it to Mr. Coady to pick a winner. Nevertheless birds of a feather flock together.
It’s an amazing of how the Laser Parlors when they first came out went right for the jugular vein of the electrologists, which are woman businesses.
The Laser Parlors use real rough tough wimps who have allot of difficulty understanding why they are not welcomed nor will the ever be accepted by Licensed and Registered Electrologists as their peers. Laser Parlor operators do not understand or comprehend that licensed and registered electrologists have no room for liars, cheats and swindlers who victimize women owned businesses and our clientele.
Fact, the Laser Parlor Industry and its operators are not educated, trained, tested, licensed or registered!
For the preverbal record Laser Parlor Operators do not have one state board of education, registration or testing in the United States of America. The longest training course in the United States is forty hours long. However most of them opt for the weekend course or the occasional on the spot appointment when someone is fired because they burned a client. They have no minimum education entry requirements such as a high school diploma.
So why do Laser Parlor operators like Ken Coady of Sona Laser Parlors of Burlington Massachusetts steal and imitate my Copyrights, Trademarks and Domains of Boston Electrolysis? Private Practice and Boston School of Electrolysis™?
Well for one they think they can get away with it because it takes so long for the long for the law to do anything. In addition business must be bad because Ken Coady has to steal my business name and redirect people looking for Boston Electrolysis? Private Practice and Boston School of Electrolysis™ to his Laser Parlor. Yet, Kemp Coady tells everyone that the laser is better than Electrolysis! However, Mr. Coady cleverly and illegally words his ads as relatively painless which is illegal. He has falsely advertised temporary laser hair removal as painless and permanent when the FDA says, "Further, manufacturers may not claim that laser hair removal is either painless or permanent unless the FDA determines that there are sufficient data to demonstrate such results." For the record since the Laser was introduced in 1995 no one can prove that it works! However allot of people have found it causes third degree burns and hurts like hell.
So why does Kemp Coady falsely advertise on the Internet and steal my trademarked name Boston Electrolysis™ and domain bostonelectrolysis.com private practice?
Because Mr. Coady knows that electrolysis is the only known method hair removal that is permanent and he does not want you to know that. Mr. Kemp Coady steals and uses my name because he does not want you the public to know the truth about America’s Most Dangerous Quacks© of which he is number one. He does not want you to become informed and know the truth and the tragedies how people who have suffered third degree burns who are permanently mutilated for life.
Mr. Kemp Coady does not want you to read my common sense scientific thesis that informs you the public of the truth.
Mr. Kemp Coady does not want you to see the photographs of third degree laser hair removal burn victims. Mr. Kemp Coady does wants not women to think and ask questions, just obey him. Well I want everyone to know whether you are a man or woman seeking "Permanent Hair Removal you not going to achieve it at Ken Coady’s Sona Laser Parlor of Burlington." So if you are looking for Permanent Hair Removal fined yourself an educated "State Licensed and Registered Electrologist."
