It has come to my attention that a most unpleasant person by the name of Andrea James is slandering and libeling The Boston School of Electrolysis™ of which I am the owner. She has done this against me because I caught her pagejacking my listings, which in my neck of the woods is just plain thieving. For the record this is a true account of her illegal actions for the last nine months against the public and myself. For the record Andrea James has perverted and snubbed her nose at the law to suit herself and disregard my rights and others.
No doubt you have read my articles concerning pagejacking, identity theft and fake consumer advocate hair removal websites who claim to represent the consumer.
In addition, to that she has insults public decency by using foul obscene profane language that violates traditional American business standards of fair play, honesty, morals and ethics. For the record her websites tsroadmap.com, hairfacts.com, hairtell.com are not the supposed legitimate consumer hair removal websites that she portrays them to be. Indeed, it was a sad unfortunate day that I discovered one of her websites tsroadmap.com had pagejacked my website bostonschooloflectrolysis.com so she could steal her way to the top ranking of that search page at my expense and hard work. To this day out jealousy and the need to thieve she uses my identity and my own name to slander myself. She uses my professional name and listings to gather hits for her sagging ratings of her second rate websites. For the record the FTC has ruled that Pagejacking is now a federal offense classified as fraud and the penalties are now mandatory jail time.
For the record Andrea James I am hereby notifying you that your illegal behavior will not be tolerated!
Andrea James where ever you are hiding I order you to cease and desist and to stop illegally using Boston School of Electrolysis™ and my name to represent your business. Also please cease and desist your harassing telephone calls! Until last July 2004 I did not know or understand or know what Pagejacking was. However when I did find someone using my domain I would send him or her an email to stop using my name domain and to stop stealing from me by redirecting hits to their websites. However Andrea James is today’s modern criminal and when I caught her red-handed in the act she has attacked, slandered and libeled my professional name to this day. Andrea James disregard for American fair play, honesty, ethics and morals is irreprehensible and insults the rights of all honest American citizens who work for a living. She thumbs her nose at the law that we live by and obey because she thinks she is above them.
Andrea James is paranoid and claims that I have threatened her. If Andrea James had taken the time to get to know me she would have learned that I am fifty-six year old handicapped veteran with a spinal injury.
However, she is a bully and attacks people who will not fight back and because I have the courage to stand up to her pusillanimous anti-social grade school bully tactics she continues her abuse. I thought I have seen the very worst of people but Andrea James without one doubt it a certifiable blue ribbon winner when it comes to hate, prejudice and discrimination. On her site website she claims that because she is Transsexual and the world treats her in the most unfair manner. Facts, from personal experience regarding discrimination I know that Transsexuals are put through allot prejudice, bigotry and hate. However, Transsexuals like Andrea James routinely use and inflict prejudice, discrimination and bigotry on their own community because it makes them feel better and not so alone.
However, Andrea James is on the cutting edge of the new age criminal and she justifies her use of discrimination upon her own community as a classic example of self-hatred.
Abraham Lincoln, Ghandi, Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy and other great civil rights activists have taught society that when a being that has been persecuted with prejudice, hate, bigotry and discrimination and than they turn around and use them in retaliation they have become the evil they have fought. I was hoping to resolve this peaceably and I sent her an email in which she has totally altered the text and removed the enclosed web archived file which proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that she pagejacked my listing. I called her in a sincere manner hoping to resolve this situation before I could finish a sentence she cut me off and attacked me with vile profane language. I tried speaking a few words and again she cut me off with obscene profane language and hung up. I sent her additional emails asking her to cease and desist pagejacking my copyrighted material.
Andrea James responded with hate, prejudice and discrimination because she thinks I would not stand up to her.
Well Andrea you thought wrong! Instead of pulling down her stolen listings she stole more listings and she than pulled the oldest criminal trick in the book and acted indignant and accuses the victim. She continues to attack my name, character and professional reputation. A policewoman told me that that this is common behavior for criminals to turn around and accuse their victim. A judge told me that this type of criminal frustrates the judicial system however, he said, "There is a bright side when they are sentenced they get the max." Andrea James aka Jokstress aka Our beloved Jackbooted Kammandantessa claims she is superior than I ask why does she need to steal my creative works?
Andrea James without one doubt is very talented with a computer on the other hand her skill level as human being dwells in the bottom of the sewer.
To this day she uses my name and her Internet skills to steal my listings so she can to get a higher ranking for her website. In addition her continued use of vile profane language and poor subject matter is disgusting. All I asked her to do was to stop stealing from me and I would not make this public. To this very day and through all of this she considers herself above all people. What amazes me is she has talent but she cannot work for success because she knows it’s easier for her to steal from others. Indeed, I have learned the hard way do not send this one an email asking her to stop stealing from you. Please be careful for she will assault your intelligence and right to live in peace with wall-to-wall lies to get her way.
In addition here is the evidence of web files I archived when she started to Pagejack my website in June of 2004.
What is pagejacking?
Pagejacking is when the content of a web page is copied, in whole or in part, and published on another web site.
Pagejacking does not mean that your web site has been taking over. In fact, you may not even know it's happened to you.
The pagejackers steal your web traffic indirectly by submitting these stolen pages to the search engines, hoping to duplicate the rankings of the original pages. Often, after the pages are submitted and spidered by the search engines, the pagejacker will then switch the stolen pages for their own content - usually with the hope of generating revenue from this tactic. Although frowned on by search engines, the pagejackers may use cloaking techniques to hide what they are doing. If caught, they simply move on to another server with another domain name and a new host.
HERE ARE TWO EXAMPLES OF HOW ONE OF MY PAGES WAS PAGEJACKED (see section highlighted in yellow)! Click the Images To Enlarge in a New Window.
In addition she sent me more obscene profane emails using the F-Word like a common street whore.
My records and web-archived files indicate for six months I was pagejacked by tsroadmap.com and she did not have the decency to stop. Since than she has refused to stop pagejacking my listings so I notified Los Nettos her internet host and sent them email with a web archive file proving that she pagejacked my website. Well Los Nettos turned out to be a very reputable company however they explained that she set them up as a proxy host and this was another way to cover her cover her tracks and Los Nettos they told me the her actual host is La Bridge. In theory the only people who use this tactic are people who have something hide. Well Los Nettos forwarded the information to La Bridge and in return La Bridge had no choice to inform Andrea James that they would not be apart of her pagejacking scheme and she had to remove the pagejacked file.
Well this only enraged Andrea and when they forced her to remove the illegal listing she became more hostile or should I say vicious?
Well I thought I had won a small victory and it was nice to have some justice and I thought it’s over. Well L.A. Bridge sent email back stating that Andrea James has removed her illegal material:

Well I though that was the end of it but no, Andrea James was infuriated she continued to steal and mimic my listings using my name to get more hits for her website.
However La Bridge is one of those hosting companies that do not enforce or should say looks the other way when she started to do it again.
Well Andrea cranked up her hate campaign and really started to get vicious and started to steal my listings everywhere she could. I have made contact with other people she has mistreated in this manner. In addition the emails I sent to Andrea James where never made public to other parties and in one email in which I asked told her to please remove the pagejacked files I would not make this public if she would stop pagejacking my listings. She refused to do so and to this day I have not made this complaint public. On the other hand Andrea James took the emails and totally altered them. She removed the web archive files, the evidence and altered sentence structure to make me look bad. I can imagine after she reads this what else will she make up.
Andrea James claims on her website claims to be commercial free and claims it cost her hundreds of per month to maintain these fabulous websites.
In fact, she illegally uses tsroadmap.com and hairfacts.com in which she asks for a donations and after that she cleverly diverts Internet users into funnel that draws you into hairtell.com forum which you have to pay for and in addition after that to that your funneled to her premier websites deepsstealth.com and andreajames.com. Fact, on her consumer websites she uses profane language in spite of this for strange reason she does not use profane language on these websites. The police and fraud squads call this bait and switch tactics, which is highly illegal of course that does not bother her. Fact, these websites are a trap and they deceptively deliver the user to her commercial sites deepstealth.com and andreajames.com.
Her next problem is that none of her websites are legitimate licensed businesses.
Fact, I checked the telephone listings for tsroadmap.com, hairfacts.com, hairtell.com, and andreajames.com. Fact, not one of the above has a legitimate business license in Los Angeles County. Fact, not one of these websites has a listed landline telephone number listed under Andrea James name period. Fact, not one of the above website have a legitimate mailing address. Gee, I wonder why?
Fact, on her well-hidden website deepstealth.com there is not one phone listed under her name.
Fact, there is no way to contact her other than email if you are dissatisfied. Fact, she does not have nor lists a legitimate mailing address don’t you think its about time that people have to the above information to run a business that collects money. Fact, deepstealth.com is a corporation in California however it does not have a phone listed under that name or Andrea James.
Fact, it is illegal for an individual to infer or portray to the public they are consumer advocates without a business license or tax-free status.
However Andrea James routinely breaks the law and I find it amazing someone like this who claims to be such an important person does not have one listed landline telephone connected to her business in her name. Fact, four out of the above five websites do not have has a business license. In addition, her websites tsroadmap.com and hairfacts.com that she claims are commercial free are not and she solicits for donations. Federal and state tax codes state to solicit donations they must have a tax-free status and be a non-profit corporation. Tsroadmap.com, hairfacts.com and hairtell.com are not listed with the federal or state tax agencies as a bona-fide non-profit corporation and they do not have a business license. It does not surprise me that they do not have one listed phone number. Fact, for an individual to solicit donations or to infer they are not a legitimate licensed and sanction consumer advocate is fraud.
Fact, Andrea James uses tsroadmap.com, hairfacts.com and hairtell.com as collection websites that sell vital information to spammers and hackers.
Andrea James has uses the same mode of operation of profane language, character assassination, libel, slander and any lie that she can conger up. She claims to be from a wealthy cultured Chicago family nevertheless; her bad manners betray that fabrication. Fact, I do not know anyone from Chicago who is cultured that acts or speaks the way she does.
Fact, Andrea James claims she has been online as a consumer advocate with tsroadmap.com for the last eight years is another lie!
Andrea James claims she has been a hair removal consumer activist for eight years however Geektools.com records indicate and state that her domains tsroadmap.com was activated on 3/23/99, hairfacts.com 4/6/99, hairtell.com 6/6/99 deepstealth.com 11/19/02 and andreajames.com 6/6/99. Why does Andrea James lie that about her experience as a hair removal consumer activist?
Fact, she uses tsroadmap.com, hairfacts.com hairtell.com as political bludgeons to inflict pain on people who dare to disagree with her.
Just look at whom she slanders and how long her list is she thinks she owns a corner of the Internet regarding consumer hair removal sites. She uses her websites to express her hatred and she points her finger at anyone who disagrees with her. This type of business is more appropriate and is typical of a fascist organization like the Nazi’s. God, does she like anyone but herself?
In addition she does not posses one professional degree or education in the field of Electrolysis or skin care yet she claims she is an expert and knows more than anyone.
She sits upon her make believe immoral pillar of fantasy and points her finger in hatred and absolute disrespect to a competitor or anyone who disagrees with her. She does not have an education in this field and yet she rants and raves, slanders and libels people without due process. She does not investigate before she accuses and she copies others copyrighted work and than rewords their literary work and claims it for her own. This is person who is so jealous of others she is just plain miserable and we all know how misery loves company.
She has betrayed electrologists and the consumer by endorsing the laser.
She is no friend to the electrologists and the consumer. She knowingly endorses laser hair removal even though she knows it does not work and is dangerous. She uses us electrologists to bring hits to her website and than she has the nerve to pagejack my listings to redirect hits to her other websites. Andrea will please tell us how that benefits the consumer that you claim to represent?
In addition, she claims she has a degree in English however when is the last time you have ever seen someone with a degree in English who uses obscene profane language?
She will not say where and when she graduated because she knows people are wise to her now. Fact, if I had a degree in English it would be posted on my website with great pride. When she sees something she wants she fabricates it. For the record I do not know one individual with a degree in English who would soil and insult the English language in such a vile despicable demeaning manner.
On her website deepstealth.com she claims to be an advocate for and against "Violence Against Women."
However she routinely commits and uses violence against women on a daily basis because she is ignorant to the fact by slandering and libeling women with vile obscene profane language with gross lies is in itself an explicit sadistic form of violence. It is obvious she has frank mental illness and she is very confused and it also most evident to see she has extreme emotional distress and issues that she has not dealt with. Her consumer websites are nothing less than political soapbox to promote her narcissistic behavior and hate campaigns. When she writes her favorite word is "I".
Any person who disagrees with her will be slandered and libeled with vile
profane language and false accusations.
She is frustrated that she cannot inflame myself to drop to her level. She even stole a phrase from autobiography where in 1984 I quoted, "Electrolysis separates the girls from the boys. She has passed this phrase to her Internet gang of Professional Transsexuals who misuse it as a way to hurt me. As an electrologist for twenty-six years it is of my professional opinion that only a Transsexual will endure complete electrolysis and ones who do not usually quit their transition therefore "Electrolysis separates the girls from the boys." However Andrea James intimidates people with her Internet Goon Platoon to steal any copyrighted material as they see fit and when they are caught they slander that person. For the record if you see that phrase being quoted and my name is not present than you have found a thief and you can warn others about them to.

These people should be careful because usually when they push some one to far the probability they will find themselves court of law is most likely. Also one must consider that with overwhelming evidence of copyright piracy the leader turns on them and the followers get fined and end up in prison or both.
Summation, out of extreme jealously and hatred Andrea James uses her websites to inflict her unwanted will upon the Transsexual Community and the society she lives in because they will not follow her.
In addition, she has no viable professional skill to earn an honest living for she hides behind her unlisted phone numbers, unlisted businesses, unlisted addresses and lives an unlisted life of misery. No doubt her websites started out as good gesture nevertheless she has consumed by her own self-importance for she routinely violates and has abandoned traditional American values of honesty, fair-play, ethics, morals and decency.
Furthermore, because of her excesses of self-indulgence she has empowered herself to disregard the constitutional rights of others to live in the pursuit of happiness.
With a malevolent mean streak she willfully assassinates and subjugates the character of any person who has another opinion. In privacy and because and I did not want to bring this shame upon the Transsexual Community I presented her with the evidence of her pagejacking against myself. The evidence above proves beyond a shadow of doubt she stole from me. She mistook my generosity as a sign of weakness and to this very day she has embarked upon on a campaign of libel, slander and hate by the use of lies, deceit and treachery. Having talked to others I have been informed that Andrea James has a reputation of being an "Internet Bully" of the worst kind for she is only happy when she inflicts pain upon others.
It’s one thing to claim to be a consumer advocates conversely its wrong to knowingly use that position of trust for your own personal self-interest at the expense of others especially if you are not educated on any of the subjects. Dear Mr. Cappelli,
Late last year I sent a complaint to Los Nettos who notified Labridge.com who hosts Andrea James owner of tsroadmap.com and hairfacts.com. Andrea James had to remove her illegal content that was Pagejacking my website bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com. Well to make matters worse Ms. Andrea James has been on an “Internet Crime Spree” of revenge and hatred against myself since than. So please read my complaints with the attached folder and please confirm that you received it.
Without one doubt since the creation of the Internet in a relatively short amount of time it did not take very long for the criminal element to make their presence known and felt. My complaints are against a website owner who goes by the name of Andrea James and the website that she owns URL is hairtell.com a forum on hair removal. Furthermore she has two other website directly linked to hairtell.com and they are tsroadmap.com and hairfacts.com that work in conjunction and support all hairtell.com crimes against my website bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com. Also it has been Andrea James intention to make the links and this complaint complicated by her deceiving actions. In addition I ask you to please patient with these complexities that I have worked so hard to unravel.
Approximately almost this time of the year I noticed that Andrea James was pagejacking my website bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com. At first I tried contacting her to discuss the matter and after five words Ms. James cut me off with vile vulgar language. Mr. Cappelli one of the most difficult things in life is to send a Pageajcker a polite request to please stop Pagejacking my website. She ignored them and there I sent her emails in an angered tone to her address at andrea@hairfacts.com. Well Ms. James took those emails and altered the content in a manner to cause harm to myself and than she posted them on her forum hairtell.com even though they where not sent to her forum and in no way or manner they where meant her forum hairtell.com. Mr. Cappelli those emails sent to her where direct and private conversations that have been altered and text deleted and in no way the where not addressed or intended to be posted on her forum hairtell.com, hairfacts.com and tsroadmap.com.
Mr. Cappelli I have a good faith and belief that Andrea James illegal use of my name, business name, domain and theft of my copyrighted materials are well describe, enclosed and documented in this complaint. Without one doubt I do not take pleasure in writing this formal complaint however because of the above mentioned owner Andrea James who is stealing and using my established professional name and reputation for Phising and domain identity theft for her illegal use of my personal name Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean. In addition she is pirating my business name Boston School Of Electrolysis™ which is the exact name of my domain www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com has left me no choice but to file these multiple complaints with you. Furthermore she has indexed and has published my email addresses and domain just above her URL on the search pages that make her listing appear to legitimate and she also included the same font I use for my listings making the listings nearly identical and that they appear as mine which deceptively redirect the user to hairtell.com, hairfacts.com and tsroadmap. In these search listings that mimic my own search listings that appear identical which in turn is the theft of my identity by Andrea James by her use of fraud.
Furthermore I have sent letters of notification to Andrea James that and they have not responded to in any form or manner. Instead she takes those emails and alters the text and posted them on her website HairTell.com. Hairfacts.com, tsroadmap and falsely posted them. She told users and posted them on hairtell.com when I did not send them for that reason. From there she used the emails legal descriptions in the email and Internet addresses on them to be indexed by spider and robots in certain manner as to appear as my listings. From there altered a manipulated text to use my name, business names, domain, and address and phone number to be spidered and indexed. This is illegal theft of my property and not its intended use. In addition Andrea James has taken the original emails that I have sent her and altered the text even further and without my written permission she indexed and deep linked them to my website Bostonschooloflectrolysis.com in a manner so when you type Boston School Of Electrolysis™ on Google these two top listings that are on the top appear to be mine however these addresses are the bottom of what appears to be my listing www.hairtell.com/ubbthreads/ showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/18624/Main/17828/ - and www.hairtell.com/ubbthreads/ showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/17827/an/0/page/0 - 42k – which are ultimately hosted by you Fastservers.net. Furthermore the next two listings directly below those two are www.hairfacts.com/brands/ websites/kimberly-williams.html - 53k and www.hairfacts.com/ - 33k - Jun 26, 2005 these are again are done in the same illegal manner to redirect the user to hairfacts.com by illegal redirect and using my name and domain. Next are the fifth listings known as tsroadmap.com that is also linked www.tsroadmap.com/physical/zapdir/zapdirAZ.html - 6k and it is tsroadmap.com one could understand maybe one or two listings being accidentally indexed but five on the first page of normally what would be the home page for Boston school Of Electrolysis.com. In addition this outright brazen theft of my name, business, domain, address, phone number and other illegal content extends to the second page in deliberate act Internet piracy, fraud, name-jacking and pagejacking. This can only be construed as blatant theft and stolen content appears on other pages on Google and Netscape. Furthermore it done to prevent the user finding my website bostonelectrolyis.com on Google and Netscape. There also has been attempts to gain illegal access to my website.
Additionally Andrea James obstructs free trade and causes other website misalignment and denial of access to free trade of others beside myself lose the rightful legal placement on the page and they are illegally removed to. This is such outrageous criminal theft of a whole pages and this is done on other searches pages on Google and Netscape.
