To all licensed and registered electrologists of the United States of America and the World: If you care about our chosen profession, this address concerns you.

Every year, by constitutional law, the President of the United States of America delivers the State of the Union Address. Therefore I am addressing all licensed and registered electrologists of America and the World about the importance of the problems that we now face. It is my firm belief, of which I have the deepest faith and conviction that we licensed and registered electrologists are at the crossroads where critical decisions must be made. We must take charge and restore the licensed and registered electrologists as the only rightful leaders to run and regulate our chosen profession.

At no other time in our history have America’s Licensed and Registered Electrologists stood together united in one cause!

Hard times and unethical business tactics have subverted traditional American values of fair play and honesty. For we licensed and registered electrologists are professionals that have honored our work and chosen a profession with a code of integrity, laws, rules and regulations that we live by and stand for. I have not one doubt that we licensed and registered electrologists are at the crossroads where direct action must be taken to bring America’s lawless, non-licensed electrologists who now endorse Laser Parlors to full account. We licensed and registered electrologists are obligated to inform and educate the public that we are the only bonafide medical practitioners of electrolysis. Nevertheless, at every corner, we are besieged and tested on daily basis by the ruthless, lawless lying Laser Parlor Industry.

The time has arrived for the Licensed and Registered Electrologists to take back our profession!

We are isolated professionals and the time has arrived to change our ways and get to know one another. We are of a house divided because we constantly are being attacked by one scam-ridden product after another. Therefore, to insure our professional survival and to take that next step on the ladder of professional acceptance as a bonafide medical occupation we must be ready, willing and able to raise the bar to new levels of professional responsibility and abilities. Licensed and registered electrologists must set an example to the non-licensed electrologist and say, “If you want our acceptance, go to school like we did. If you want our professional respect and courtesy after you finish school, take you dual examinations and pass them as we have done . I am shocked that after 26 years the other Electrolysis Groups still have not required mandatory education, state license and registration for all electrologists in the United States of America.

These self-proclaimed Certified Wonder Electrologists still do not comprehend that they cannot take a weekend wonder course and have the unmitigated gall or right to claim they are professional electrologists.

They know the truth! They know the Laser Parlors are scams and, because these self-proclaimed electrologists’ skills are non-existent, they cannot earn a living. So their next step is to become Certified Laser Parlor Operators with a fifty-hour course. Now, as Certified Laser Parlor Operators, they are going to say, “Trust me; I am a Certified Wonder Electrologist. Believe when I say, ‘The laser is better; why else would we switch from Electrolysis to the Laser?’” I rest my case; shame on these liars, cheats and thieves who have no conscience because these sociopaths are so cold-blooded they can look you the patient right in the eye and lie to you. They don’t care if they cause you emotional and physical harm and financially rip you off at the same time. For the record, I would like to know how they sleep at night?

You ask how are we going take our profession back?

The first step is to refuse to accept the Certified Wonder Electrologist in any form or manner. These Certified Wonder Electrologists have become Certified Laser Parlor Operators because they are such miserable failures as practicing electrologists. Since their Frankensteinish creation in 1979, these monsters have wreaked havoc by blocking the formation of credible state boards of electrologists in the states they reside in. They have brought stagnation to electrolysis associations, guilds and societies that have carried them on the backs of licensed and registered electrologists for the last 26 years. In their twenty-five years of existence The Certified Wonder Electrologists have not evolved, and we would like to know how many of them actually pursued a license and registration to practice as an electrologist. How can we believe a word they say when they knife our chosen profession in the back every chance they get?

For us to take back our profession we licensed and registered electrologists must unite and publicly censure and repudiate any non-licensed self-proclaimed electrologist period.

As individuals united in a just cause we must be vocal and seize every media opportunity to prove that laser hair removal emits harmful ultra-violet, cancer-inducing radiation. In addition, we must be vigilant to expose the victims who have suffered first-, second- and third-degree burns by Laser Parlor Operators. We must seize and take every opportunity to educate the public and expose the risks and dangers by Laser Parlors who use human beings as guinea pigs. Into the bargain I have written an editorial that exposes Laser Parlors’ use of fraudulent, deceptive advertising. That editorial lists the FDA law and shows you the electrologist how to file a simple formal complaint to the FDA, FTC, BBB on Line and Consumer Affairs. The FDA has enacted strict laws against such illegal advertising. All the licensed and registered electrologists have to do is take the time to fill out a fifteen-minute complaint form and email and mail it.

Fact: The Laser Industry’s primary goal is to dominate and subjugate our chosen profession.

Laser Parlors have skillfully manipulated the media while their lawyers have settled and suppressed malpractice lawsuits that would normally bring any other business to an abrupt end. In addition their lawyers obstruct rightful, due process of law with countless delays and continuances for people who have been permanently mutilated. Some Laser Parlors are supervised by physicians who intentionally and deliberately fail to report tragic accidents to medical boards and the FDA as required by law. Patients who suffer permanent disfigurements by second- and third-degree burns are not legally compensated. It takes years of litigation for victims of severe physical burns and mutilations caused by their Lasers Parlors because their lawyers inflict one delay after another to discourage and discredit a case that has merit. Their public relations hacks (damage control) have kept most of the tragedies from reaching the media by routinely greasing the palms of disreputable court officials to keep people quiet. Presently the Laser Parlors are in the process of implementing the oldest ploy of all time, The Trojan Horse.

Their Trojan Horse is presently being deployed, and it is a clear and present danger that has gone undetected until the Laser Parlor Industry purchased, or should I say influenced the lesser two electrolysis groups?

Two out of three of the known Electrolysis Groups where the certified wonder electrologists took over in the eighties were on the brink of ethical and financial disaster. The Laser Parlor Industry stepped in and said, “If you endorse the laser, we will lend you the money.” So they sold their souls for the mighty dollar, and they have gone public with it. The Laser Parlors have purchased the endorsements of these two Electrolysis Groups, whose members are Certified Wonder Electrologists, because one of their new primary marketing weapons of mass deception is to convince people to use the Laser Parlor. This latest tactic is meant to subvert FDA law, for Laser Parlors cannot advertise permanent hair removal. In addition, Laser Parlors cannot advertise painless hair removal.

In spite of this, The Certified Wonder Electrologists will claim their right to lie and misuse the phrase, “Permanent Hair Removal.”

This is a major reason for the licensed and registered electrologists of America to unite and repudiate en masse that the Certified Wonder Electrologist and other titles they use. These certified wonders, who are undereducated, untrained, untested, unlicensed and unregistered, are nothing less than, imposters, fakes and quacks that have not one right to claim they are electrologists.

For the record, in my twenty-six years as a practicing electrologist, I have never met one that could render a competent, professional treatment.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why they continually refuse to be tested by a state board of electrologists. There are a few reasons why they refuse to be educated, one of which is that they lack a high school diploma, which is requisite for them to attend a bonafide state board approved electrolysis school. In addition, they refuse to be tested because they have no faith in their ability as electrologists and they know that they would fail the examinations miserably.

At present, we licensed and registered electrologists maintain professional superiority because of the fact we are the only professionals that can effect safe permanent hair removal.

We are also the only profession approved by the AMA and the FDA that is legally entitled to claim and advertise “Permanent Hair Removal.” Additionally, we still outnumber them and, for us to succeed and counter this new assault, we must open up communications with each other and work together. However, the direct threat that we now face is the mass proliferation of the non-licensed Certified Wonder Electrologists who instantly become Certified Laser Parlor Operators. This has been the primary goal of the Laser Parlor Industry: to use their recently acquired electrolysis groups as tightly controlled puppets who are told what to say and not to think.

The Laser Parlor Industry has become the Al Qaeda of temporary hair removal, and it is their goal to undermine the Electrology-Electrolysis Industry.

Now with their newly acquired puppet electrologists groups or should I say marionettes? In my opinion the above mentioned groups were in a state of stagnation and approaching imminent failure and ready to financially collapse because they could not attract licensed and registered to become members. Ninety-five per cent of their members are non-licensed electrologists who, on average, never took a weekend wonder course or the 125-hour deluxe course to become Certified Wonder Electrologists.

However, the Laser Parlor Industry looks at their credentials as being more than ample since the only school for Laser Parlor Operators is a forty-hour course.

Furthermore, one these electrolysis groups demanded that, for the Laser Parlors to qualify for membership, the required forty hours of training must be upped from forty to fifty hours. So the Laser Parlors begrudgingly obliged; however, they did ask, “ What do we need ten more hours of training for?” Into the bargain, the Laser Parlors will prop up and finance them with free laser equipment in exchange for their votes. So now Laser Parlors will use and continue to use these uneducated, certified buffoons to turn traitor and stab the Electrolysis-Electrology Industry in the back again.

Now the remaining Licensed and Registered electrologists are wondering what will the last electrology association do.

It appears to me their leaders are sitting smack in the middle of the fence poised to make that fateful decision whether or not to join the rest of the sheep. The majority of the last electrology association’s members are non-licensed electrologists and their licensed and registered members are most likely waiting for the other shoe to drop. Over a period of time, I have read the most recent electrology association position paper on the laser on a yearly basis. In my opinion, it has been somewhat diluted, and I hope I am wrong; however, I feel they will make the leap, for their position paper does not appear as adamant as it used to. I hope that it lives up to its oath and that it does not falter .

Well, it certainly seems the profession is in a state of confusion that can be traced back to when they lowered the bar and accepted the Certified Wonder Electrologists.

Since the educational standards where lowered, the per capita ratio for newly licensed and registered electrologists has decreased. It is my professional opinion that both of these groups have betrayed a profession that most of them never took the time to learn. Now their second betrayal of endorsing the Laser while they both claim they still believe Electrolysis is the only permanent method has betrayed the licensed and registered electrologists again. As long as Electrolysis Associations, Guilds and Societies are owned and operated by Certified Wonder Electrologists, this downward trend of our chosen profession will continue in states with no licenses and registration for electrologists. The danger to the public is tantamount to disaster, and, on top of that, the consumer will become even more confused when the phony baloney electrologists groups endorse the laser.

All of this has happened during the most vicious laser parlor attack upon the profession.

It is in times like these that Electrolysis associations, guilds and societies are supposed to unite and fight the common foe. For no valid reason, the certified wonder electrologists have refused to become formally educated, trained, tested, licensed and registered. In their selfishness by refusing to become educated, and it is a known fact that to this present day the Certified Wonder Electrologists have embraced and promoted their own proliferation of mass-produced non-licensed, non-educated Certified Wonder Electrologists since 1979. Would someone please tell us educated, trained, tested and the state licensed and registered electrologists why you think that by being non-educated, non-trained, non-licensed and non-registered you are entitled to call yourself a professional electrologist?

Our chosen profession is fighting for its life; when they lowered the bar across the board twenty–five years ago, they have caused harm across the board of our chosen profession to this very day!

By preventing the creation of State Boards of Electrologists in states with no requirements,they have squandered precious resources and squabbled amongst themselves. All the while the profession was and presently is being assaulted by the Laser Parlor, Puppet Electrolysis Groups and their newest axis partner of deceit and treachery the fake Consumer Electrolysis Websites.

During all of the Laser Parlors attacks what did these Electrolysis Groups do on behalf of the licensed and registered electrologists other than to write a few letters of protest, that I’m appalled, tsk, tsk, are their dues paid?

So I ask you licensed and registered electrologists out there do you really think that your best interests have be represented and acted upon in your best behalf since 1979? For twenty-six years, they have run amok amongst us inflicting substandard painful electrolysis treatments. They took over one major electrolysis group and its near do well competitor and ran both into the ground buy flushing education, honesty and ethics down the toilet.

When is the last time one of these groups really talked about mandatory state licensing and registration for all its members?

Because these electrolysis groups advocated the proliferation of the Certified Wonder Electrologists where you buy you credentials and diploma for a couple hundred bucks, the quality of electrolysis in states with no requirements is abhorrent and unacceptable. In states with no license and registration for electrologists Laser Parlors procreate like vermin and build up their capital to target our consumer base by using the Certified Wonder Electrologists as their battering ram to discredit the licensed and registered electrologists across the United States of America.

In addition, my goal is to permanently classify all Laser Parlors as Public Menace Number One!

This will be accomplished by educating the public that Laser Parlors expose the public to harmful levels of ultraviolet radiation. Whether you be male or female Laser Parlors have not addressed the questions what could happen to your chromosomes or the fetus of the unborn child? Ultraviolet radiation exposure can trigger the precancerous hairy mole (nevus peli), which induces the deadliest untreatable skin cancers that will metastasize in your system in sixteen weeks and result in your death. Let’s not forget their use of human beings as guinea pigs that have had the unfortunate experience of paying to be permanently mutilated by second- and third-degree burns. Laser Parlors are criminal organization that uses fraudulent, deceptive advertising to take advantage honest hard working people who just want to improve their appearance.
