Every two years to maintain my Massachusetts license and registration as electrologist I must complete 10 CEU’S (Certified Educational Upgrades). The past spring I completed and successfully passed another four CEU examinations for a total of 10 CEU’S to renew my professional license as an electrologist. Nevertheless it’s my professional opinion the new courses had nothing to do with electrolysis since no articles about electrolysis except for yours truly. While on the other hand as long as the Massachusetts State Board of Electrologists approved the course that’s fine with me. To satisfy the Massachusetts State Board of Electrologists requirements I ordered four Home Study Correspondence Examinations from the Institute of Natural Resources (INR). The following course were approved for registered nurses and registered electrologists, Pharmacists, Dieticians, Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Massage Therapists and other health professionals. They were titled; Hepatitis A, Non HIV/Aids Sexually Transmitted Diseases, HIV/AIDS and The Common Cold & Flu. Haste makes waste and they arrived next morning and were completed that night and Fed-XED the following morning and the next day they emailed me congratulations and my certificates. After printing the Pdf.files I packaged and forwarded the results to the Massachusetts State Board of Electrologists.

I, however, am positive that there is not one electrolysis school that anticipates this aspect of professional practice or that has an electricity course that instructs an electrologist how to eliminate and neutralize the unwanted Electrostatic Discharge. Nonetheless with the advancement of Computerized Epilators the electrologist has to make it her or his business to comprehend computerized electrolysis-electrology technology in the Electrolysis Industry and its requisite for one to learn how to maintain office equipment in prime operating condition. Experience is the best teacher and manufacturers of electrolysis equipment could not foresee how something as simple and common as an everyday Electrostatic Discharge could damage and shut down an electrologist’s biggest investment, the Computerized Epilator.

Therefore setting up your practice or upgrading it with new equipment makes purchasing the right “Computerized Epilator” for your practice the most important decision and purchase you will make to become a successful electrologist. Boston Electrolysis has earned its reputation for treating and clearing the most difficult cases after other electrologists have given up. Having developed my own trade secret techniques used in my daily practical application allows me to consistently use Galvanic current with minimum settings starting at 5 to 9 milliamperes on the very first treatments and from 7 to 15 milliamperes on the second or third treatment is routine. Most important is the fact there is no scabbing, scarring or pitting with this treatments in addition all patients find my treatments exceedingly comfortable.
